seams & big moons

hi, Angela. i'm glad you like my blog :]

today, i:
~went out with Pastor Jason... that was... well, that was that.
~got slightly angry with Chris
~found out that the grass in front of the school is a wonderful kind of cold
~saw a seagull
~missed my Grand Concours meeting
~saw a gorgeously large, yellow/orange moon hanging in the sky, condemning like a commercialized christmas ornament. it was huge, and pretty. i didn't like it. it's misleading, making you think that you might be able to reach it.

anyway.
tomorrow i have a rehearsal. on thursday i'm going out with Angela. and on friday it's time for Disneyland.

the curve of his back is like the seam on the right leg of my favorite pair of jeans. it feels pretty to touch and corresponds with the movement of my body. and it feels worn, sometimes. sad, sometimes, although it laughs with its little dips of skin, like the smiling waves of denim that feel joyful against my hand.

if i could be woven into the lines on the palms of your hands... if i could be caught in the warmth of your breath... i'd never hesitate to...
